Teens and Skincare

Sephora kids really is a thing. Children and pre-teens/teens are showing up at Sephora and buying skincare products.

While I applaud the interest, its good to remember to stick to clean products. Phthalates, parabens and triclosan are some of the chemicals that are proven to upset hormones and potentially cause cancer. This applies to teens and adults. And with so many chemicals in our environment already, why not avoid the ones we can?

So enjoy the mineral sunscreens and great botanical product lines that are out there. Here's to good health!
