Hormones and Hunger

Ghrelin and Leptin are the hormones that control hunger (ghrelin makes you feel hungry, leptin makes you feel full).

Some symptoms of an imbalance of these hormones are feeling bloated, never full after eating, weight gain, cravings, etc.

Some ways of balancing these are intermittent fasting, which can be as simple as stopping eating at 5pm and not eating again til the next morning, maintaining a regular eating schedule, taking a short walk after a meal, and lots of water.

So don't give in to the Fruit Loops cravings just yet. Try some of the above advice.
